    Vestas Power Solutions develops wind energy innovations, products, and technologies that reduce the cost of energy and bring the highest possible value to our customers and Vestas. Within Vestas Power Solutions, Product Solutions & Integration is responsible for defining and delivering the most innovative product offerings, and our Offshore Products team, which you will be a key part of, develops Vestas' latest generations of offshore turbines.     Responsibilities

  • Oversee portfolio plan and budget to secure the right balance between risk, timeline, project budget, and resources
  • Develop and maintain offshore product release plan and monitor and control ongoing offshore product program activities
  • Report to management on offshore product portfolio performance on budget, risk, quality, and delivery, including progress on key milestones and project change requests
  • Ambassador and role model for project management best practices, culture, and behavior Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related fields
  • Documented experience with portfolio management or project management of large, complex projects in a global project organizations
  • 8+ years of project management experience in large, complex project organizations
  • Formal project management training and certification (e.g. IPMA Level B or A, Prince2 Practitioner, Project Management Professional (MPM))
  • Experience in the wind energy industry is desirable but not a must Competencies
  • You motivate, empower, and guide others and you are an effective listener who draws on the resources and competencies of the entire team
  • You feel comfortable in making the required decisions and setting direction when it matters.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to address senior management as well as 1-on-1 dialogues with colleagues in an impactful way.
  • Positive mindset with a focus on opportunities rather than obstacles
