What You'll Be Doing
- Managing customers through their journey, from inquiry to resolution, making sure they feel supported at every step.
- Maintaining close communication with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and expectations and professional way.
- Investigate and solve logistic challenges and complaints, helping customers find practical solutions in a timely manner.
- Work closely with colleagues across teams to make sure requests are handled smoothly.
- Fulfilling job responsibilities aligned with given KPIs and spot opportunities to improve processes while keeping service levels high.
