Beskrivelse

• State of art, human centric in vitro bioassay development (phenotypic readouts, throughput qPCR, high content imaging, surefire assay, luciferase assay, proliferation assay, FACS, etc.)
• Human primary cells, ES cells and organoids culture
• Throughput assay support for target validation in cardio-metabolic diseases
• Documenting experiments and performing timely data analysis Qualifications:
• A bachelor degree in medical, biomedical, pharmaceutical, biology, biotechnology, or relevant disciplines. Master degree is preferred.
• Extensive hands on experiences on molecular biology, cell biology and in vitro cell assays is a must, as this position is expected to be filled with an experienced applicant
• Industrial experiences in automation platform is a plus
• Experience in stem cell culture, stem cell differentiation is a strong plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• A great collaborator and team player
