    Job Purpose:

    Support management by coordinating specific business/country/vendor based operations to ensure Special Price Conditions are accurately and timely implemented and available tocustomers, Product Marketing and Sales' teams, safeguarding the maximum profit in TD SYNNEX's commercial activity. A primus inter pares with colleagues to improve their knowledge and decision-making in order to work efficiently and to minimize micro-management, the Specialist handles the supervision of transactions involving critical financial and business risks' and is a key contributor to the team's success by assisting the Team Leader and fostering the service culture and colleagues' development.

    Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate specific vendor/business/country based operations(20%)
  • Execution of transactions involving critical financial and business risks(40%)
  • Provide assistance and specific training to colleagues and assitance to Team leader fostering service culture (20%)
  • Process gaps detection and resolution proposals to optimize processes. (5%)
  • Process testing & documentation (5%)
  • Assist with data gathering and quality analysis investigation (5%)
  • Participate on regular and ad-hoc vendor/business engagement meetings (5%)

    • Knowledge Skills and Experience

  • 1 to 3 Years of relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
  • Able to use a 10-key quickly and accurately.
  • Possesses basic clerical and data entry skills.
  • Possesses strong data entry skills.
  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish.
  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
