    We are looking for a skilled Intune administrator to join our IT Support team in Copenhagen, Denmark.

    In the new position as an IT administrator, you will be the point of contact for employees and management relating to all Intune administration connected to the corporate network. As this is a new position, we expect that our new team member will contribute to improving and optimizing processes and being a proactive part of the onboarding of new employees.

    Key Responsibilities

    Ensure that the corporate IT network and appliances are working. This includes:

  • Configuration of Intune including infra-assessment, setup, policy making and configuration.
  • Configuration of conditional access, software update management and device life cycle management (like implementing and supporting Autopilot using Intune)
  • Configuration of MECM Infra components and client settings.
  • Intune service administration & Operating System Deployment using Intune /SCCM and MDM (Modern Device Management)
  • Configuration and setup of Always ON VPN / NDES setup
  • Operating System and Deployment, creating TS and MDT
  • Exposure on SQL queries, able to write, modify queries and able generate SSRS report for various SCCM reporting requirements.
  • Act as technical liaison between clients, customers, and vendors as required to implement new technologies or bring issues to resolution.
  • Providing reports on problem management activity including status, incident reduction, closed problems, opened problems, opportunities, and breakdowns

    Requirements:

    Technical Skills:

  • L3 should have end to end Intune administration knowledge and understanding (setting up Intune environment)
  • Should have handled administration of SCCM and Intune Co-management environment.
  • Should have knowledge of Creating Design / Architect / migration strategy / plan for Intune / MEMCM (SCCM current branch) implementation and Servicing.
  • Hands on experience in Intune and MECM Administration operational activities i.e. Application deployment, Patch deployment, imaging, Auto-Pilot, co-management.
  • Good knowledge on Intune user /environment readiness, Azure AD knowledge and policy troubleshooting skills and AD GPOs.
  • Should have knowledge on Enrollment of all supported OSes in Microsoft Intune to leverage Inventory of all OSes Devices, Compliance policy, Conditional access.
  • Good Communication and written skill required, PPT, SOP, KBs documentation
  • Fluent in English.
    Good to have SCCM skills with following responsibilities and experience:
    1. Monitor, configure, and maintain the health and performance of the SCCM infrastructure, including the Central Administration Site (CAS) and primary sites.
    2. Able to manage more than 1Lakhs endpoints through SCCM.
    3. Troubleshoot content distribution to distribution points, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of software packages, applications, and updates.
    4. Investigate and resolve SCCM infra-related issues & incidents, request and create change requests for infrastructure modification.
    5. Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles.
    6. Identify areas for process improvement, and automation opportunities, and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SCCM operations.
    7. Proficiency in SCCM infrastructure components, such as site systems, distribution points, boundaries, and content management.
    8. Responsible for providing support in terms of OSD, deployments, patching, etc. to the L2 support team.
    9. Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, WMI Query, Power BI & SQL queries for SCCM reporting is a plus.
    10. To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.
    11. To provide support for on-call escalations or L3 level support and do incident and problem management
    12. Work on value-adding activities such as Knowledge base update and management, training freshers, coaching analysts, and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.
    13. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
    14. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
    15. To participate or contribute to EN business in the creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
