- Champion the adoption of best practices in software development, security, and data privacy to protect sensitive health information.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees.
- Proven leadership experience in a technology role, ideally within the health tech, MedTech, or a related sector.
- Expertise in full-stack development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend languages like Python or Java).
- Experience with mobile app development, data analytics, and implementing machine learning algorithms.
- Demonstrated knowledge of audio and sentiment analysis techniques, with a track record of integrating these into user-focused solutions.
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to lead a team towards achieving ambitious technological visions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of advocating for technological excellence across the organisation.
