- Provide exceptional customer support to address user inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Demonstrate professional empathy to deeply understand and resolve customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with our development team to report identified issues and suggest improvements for our software.
- Test and evaluate software updates to ensure they meet the needs and expectations of our users.
- Offer guidance and training to users on how to maximize the features and functionalities of our platform.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system, HubSpot.
- Update and adding written documentation to software use, ensuring clarity and ease of understanding for users.

- Proficiency in basic webshop administration.
- In-depth understanding of Instagram and Facebook functionalities.

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Danish, encompassing both verbal and written communication.
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
