    How you will make an impact

    As part of your role, you will be responsible for various marketing tasks and duties on both a strategic and operational level. This will involve collaborating with local and global colleagues across different functions, as well as external distributor partners and agencies. You will play a leading role in implementing global brand strategies locally and identifying new opportunities.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive go-to-market execution and ensure implementation of global brand strategy with local distributor teams.
  • Inspire and provide direction to colleagues internally and externally in distributor organizations.
  • Develop and implement the medical marketing strategy for healthcare professionals through the local medical structure.
  • Own the product launch process, including creating compelling storytelling for trade presentations.
  • Manage paid media execution, generate local consumer insights, and conduct sell-out and category analysis to inform brand strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Given the time difference between you and your key stakeholders in Latin America, the role necessitates some flexibility in work hours. The position is a 12-month maternity cover.

    What will make you successful

    We imagine that you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management within consumer goods or medical marketing (medical marketing experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in utilizing the full marketing mix, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
  • A strong ability to build relationships and engage with key stakeholders quickly.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on flawless execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Native or highly proficient in Spanish, with fluent English communication skills.
