    Radiometer fremstiller medicinsk udstyr, der hjælper læger rundt om i verden med at stille hurtige og præcise diagnoser for kritisk syge patienter. Vores apparater og tilbehør udvikles og fremstilles bl.a. i Brønshøj (København).

    Til vores Dispenseringsteam søger vi en Production Manager, der er motiveret for at lave ændringer via LEAN samt automatisering og forbedring af komplekse processer. Vi har fokus på forandring for at imødekomme væksten og den stigende efterspørgsel efter vores produkter.

    I produktionen arbejdes der med automatisering, dispenseringsmoduler, limning, scannere og ovne. Udstyret bruges som en del af produktionsprocessen af vores Sensorkassetter, som er en uundværlig del af vores diagnostiske apparater.

    Vi vil gerne byde dig velkommen til dit nye team af operatører som består af 45 medarbejdere fordelt på dag-, aften- og nathold. Du kan glæde dig til en rolle med klart definerede målsætninger relateret til forbedring af kvalitet, kapacitet og levering til tiden ved brug af LEAN.

    Du afholder produktionsmøder med medarbejderne, og følger produktionens trends samt de vigtigste målsætninger. Du følger dagligt produktionen og er tæt dialog med relevante interessenter i organisationen. Endvidere inkluderer dit ansvar følgende:

    • 1:1 samtaler
    • Forbedring/vedligehold af et sundt og sikkert arbejdsmiljø
    • Sikre opretholdelse af det høje kvalitetsniveau
    • Opfølgning på standard work
    • Forbedring af flow, produktivitet og lead time i produktionen
    • Sideløbende fylder coaching, træning og ledelse af timelønnede.

    Kvalifikationer
    Vi tror på, at du får størst succes i jobbet med en baggrund som ingeniør eller lignende med en anden relavant videregående uddannelse. Derudover er det en fordel, hvis du opfylder flest muligt af nedenstående kriterier:

    • Erfaring fra et produktionsmiljø, herunder projektledelse eller support af produktion
    • Erfaring med ledelse
    • Erfaring fra pharma, medico eller lignende
    • Motivation for at arbejde i en LEAN-kultur
    • Taler og skriver flydende dansk og engelsk
