- providing legal support in the areas of contract, marketing, and energy law
- drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts related to the purchase and sale of energy products
- identifying and managing legal risks associated with our operations
- handling any legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation processes.
- are a qualified attorney-at-law admitted in Denmark, equipped with relevant experience from a law firm or an in-house team in a larger company
- have strong legal skills, with experience in contract, marketing, and energy law as an advantage
- are commercially minded and possess strong analytic skills
- can communicate clearly and simply, both verbally and in writing, in Danish and English
- enjoy developing relationships with key stakeholders and can quickly establish credibility.

Join us in this role where you'll work closely with our Trading & Revenue and Bioenergy businesses as a trusted advisor. You'll provide day-to-day legal support and advice on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Our advice is grounded in a deep and broad understanding of both our organisation and the wider energy industry.
