    Join us in this role where you'll work closely with our Trading & Revenue and Bioenergy businesses as a trusted advisor. You'll provide day-to-day legal support and advice on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

    You'll be part of the in-house legal team where you, together with your colleagues, will serve as a trusted advisor to the business along with over 80 dedicated colleagues. Our advice is grounded in a deep and broad understanding of both our organisation and the wider energy industry. You'll be part of the team responsible for providing legal support to our Trading & Revenue and Bioenergy businesses. As a team, our ambition is to deliver proactive, timely, cost-efficient, tailored, and commercial high-quality legal advice across our geographical footprint.

    You'll play an important role in:

    • providing legal support in the areas of contract, marketing, and energy law
    • drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts related to the purchase and sale of energy products
    • identifying and managing legal risks associated with our operations
    • handling any legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation processes.

    To succeed in the role, you:

    • are a qualified attorney-at-law admitted in Denmark, equipped with relevant experience from a law firm or an in-house team in a larger company
    • have strong legal skills, with experience in contract, marketing, and energy law as an advantage
    • are commercially minded and possess strong analytic skills
    • can communicate clearly and simply, both verbally and in writing, in Danish and English
    • enjoy developing relationships with key stakeholders and can quickly establish credibility.
