We are looking for a Release Manager / Roll-out Manager for a role where you will play an integral part in delivering changes and new capabilities to our client's payment applications and infrastructure.

As a Roll-out Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that new releases to our clients technology platforms and applications are planned and executed efficiently, with the highest quality for customers and operations, and in compliance with our clients standards.

Working along with roll-out lead with other roll-out and release managers, product management, epic owners, execution leads, and operations teams, you will plan, execute, and bring to conclusion the release, change, and transition management activities related to complex deliveries in our clients technology platforms.

What you'll be doing:
- Defining the release & roll-out strategy, governance model, and milestone plan based on established processes and best practices.
- Coordinating the release & roll-out organization and surrounding teams in preparation for go-live, including securing resources, building the go-live implementation plan, and executing dress rehearsals.
- Leading release go live and post-go-live activities.
- Planning and coordinating change activities throughout the roll-out activities.
- Planning and coordinating business verification activities during rehearsals and go-live.
- Overseeing that production operations teams receive proper transition support as new solutions are rolled out.
- Leading roll-out decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for each roll-out milestone.
- Representing the roll-out project team in DK sector meetings, program meetings and SAFe planning events.
- Increasing release quality and efficiency by integrating new techniques, automation capabilities, and DevOps ways of working to release orchestration.

Your experience and background:
- IT Project management and planning skills (7+ years)

Solid experience with Roll-out management, release management
- Experience data migration projects, including hands-on experience in using release or cutover planning tools.
- Experience working with incident, problem and change management tools and processes under ITIL framework.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA, Helix).
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
- Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working.
- Experience from banking or finance sectors is a clear benefit.

DK and ENG - proficient level

Flexibility : able to work evenings and weekends for the implementation of events.

Start : ASAP

Duration : 12 months

Allocation : Fulltime, time & material

Location : Taastrup, hybrid (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)
