- Manage automation projects from tender to handover, ensuring adherence to deadlines and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure technical specifications and interfaces.
- Engineer projects according to relevant rules and standards, coordinating design certification with clients and third parties.
- Oversee subcontractor designs and participate in onsite commissioning and testing.
- Collaborate with customers and Semco Maritime team to develop proposals, technical solutions, and project documentation for multidisciplinary projects.

Your place of work will be at our Global HQ located in Esbjerg, the hub of the Danish energy industry, right on the waterfront – views do not get any better than this. The position is full-time, and you can expect to travel 30-50 per year.

Your tasks & responsibilities
You'll become a valuable member of our technical SCADA team, situated in our Offshore Wind division, renowned for constructing one of the largest portfolios of offshore substations in Northern Europe. With Offshore Wind projects spanning across Europe, Taiwan, and the USA, your role will entail involvement in projects on a global scale.
You'll be part of a dedicated team of experts focused on SCADA, protection, and control systems for offshore substations, where motivation and specialization drive our success.

Your profile & qualifications
You have a relevant background as bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineer, marine engineering or similar with an interest in automation and control systems – within the offshore wind or related industries.
