- Drive Digital Health partnerships forward by providing strategic direction, contracting, commercial planning and execution.
- Explore and initiate Digital Health partnerships with high internal and external impact to execute on strategy.
- Work with Novo Nordisk's Regions and affiliates to support launch execution.
- Work with global cross-functional project teams, Digital Health workstreams within Novo Nordisk and various stakeholders from our partners.
- Drive process development and optimization for how to execute Digital Health partnerships.
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, at least 3 of them related to Digital Health.
- Business understanding from the pharmaceutical, devices or med-tech industries.
- Experience working with external parties and/or alliance management.
- Experience from a global or local commercial role is an advantage. As well, experience with process development and optimization will be a plus.

As our Associate Global Partnerships Director in Novo Nordisk's commercial organization, you will be alliance manager for one or more global partnerships within Digital Health technologies.

As a person, you have great communication and engagement skills, being able to handle different projects with external partners in a cross functional team across the global Novo Nordisk organization.
Independence and initiative are crucial in task execution, and a strong business understanding is essential for driving process development and optimization. Fluency in written and spoken English will be required.
About the Department
In this position you will be part of the Digital Health Partnerships team within the Corporate Strategy and Corporate Affairs Diabetes area. You will work with senior management from our partners as well as various parts of Novo Nordisk also engaged in partnerships, at CVP, VP and Director level in Development, Devices & Delivery Solutions, Legal, Safety, Quality, Regions and affiliates.
