The Position

As the Senior Engineering Project Manager, you will oversee scoping, scheduling, resource and risk management, procurement, quality, EHS, and cost controls to ensure project expectations are met.

Your primary focus will be to develop processes and facilities for our facility and production lines, collaborating with colleagues to find innovative solutions and defining solutions with the project team and suppliers.

You will facilitate multiple high-complexity projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality control, requiring flexibility and adaptability.


Other activities will include:

• Collaboration with our vendors, to ensure they follow our schedule.
• Helping the sites get the production line solutions into operations.
• Ensuring that our Science and Risk-based validation is documented and applied in a standardized way.
• Leading engineering review processes.
• Coordinating between all projects.

At the moment, the workplace is at our project office in Høje Taastrup, but within the coming year it will be in Odense.

Qualifications
An ideal candidate should have GMP and Project Management experience within CAPEX capacity expansions. We expect this person to be able to manage high-complexity projects and stakeholders within tight deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A technical degree within engineering, pharmaceutical science or similar.
• 5+ years of experience within production/packaging/assembly lines.
• Science and Risk-based validation knowledge from the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with experience executing projects on a large scale.
• Great stakeholder management skills and ability to build relations in a global context.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
