- Lead and implement the People experience partnering global strategy within the assigned area.
- Support local managers with daily People needs.
- Manage and implement key processes related to the employee lifecycle.
- Validate and implement labor relations strategy aligned with business needs.
- Provide advisory services to leaders and employees on various People Topics.
- Implement improvements in productivity through process review and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Participate in meetings with unions and support labor relations activities.
- Promote a culture of safety and self-care within the organization. You will collaborate closely with the People & Sustainability community to ensure best in class People Experience in FLSmidth. What you bring
- At least 10 years of experience within People/HR functions working with Hire to Retire processes, continuous feedback, and operational excellence.
- Global Experience with effective customer-oriented services
- Educational background within Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
- Advanced English capabilities. Other languages are a plus.
