    IT Change Manager
    We are seeking an IT Change Manager to facilitate change management of a complex technology programme supporting our Accelerate SAIL strategy.
    Are you enthusiastic about change management and want to make an impact in a major consumer brand company?

    Key Responsibilities
    You will join the Project Management Team, which oversees global and regional transformation and strategic programmes and projects. You will be responsible for creating, coordinating and implementing change activities on a digital journey. Your primary tasks include:
    1. Design, coordinate, plan, and run change efforts to facilitate user story adoption.
    2. Be an ambassador for change and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
    3. Mobilise, involve and inform stakeholders throughout all project phases.
    4. Identify risks and create plans to mitigate challenges.
    5. Assess how changes affect the business and ensure that the organization has the necessary knowledge and skills.
    6. Measure and share the effectiveness of the change in line with defined metrics.
    7. Review and adjust plans as appropriate.
    8. Support team development and ways of working in Carlsberg IIT.

    Requirements
    A genuine, experienced and proactive IT Change Manager who demonstrates true team spirit and has the following:
    1. Solid experience from a similar position in a global company or consultancy and a proven history of effective change management.
    2. Solid communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels of an organization.
    3. Solid understanding of change management methodologies, business insights, and organizational difficulties.
    4. Flexible, responsive, and capable of designing high-quality change activities in ambiguous environments.
