Everllence is in a unique position to make a significant impact on the future of global shipping. An important step of the way is to provide retrofit solutions to our clients, who are converting their existing fleet's propulsion engines to operate more efficiently and on more environmentally friendly fuels such as LNG, Ethane, LPG, Methanol, biofuels, or Ammonia.

You will play an important role in:

We are looking for a Maternity Cover as Project Manager for our Warranty team, with strong commercial and technical knowledge and experience within the maritime sector. This position is for thirteen months and we would like to have you join us as soon possible.

Your focus will be on delivering the Warranty Period of the Everllence project portfolio to global customers, where you will be responsible for a variety of customer projects. The current project portfolio includes currently Dual Fuel Conversion and our ME-GI/GIE Pump Vaporizer Unit (PVU), which is a standardized high pressure pump unit for supply of LNG or ethane.

Your tasks will include activities such as leading daily customer communication and coordination related to claim managing and rectification, while ensuring project budgets are maintained.

Further tasks are:

• Be the single point of contact for the customer and for internal stakeholders throughout the warranty period
• Ensure that claims and non-conformities are registered and responsibilities are delegated
• Maintain an overview of vessel schedules and coordinate corrective service visits onboard
• Initiate and coordinate all shipments to and from vessel under Guarantee
• Maintain claim database to ensure commercial settlement and proper closing of claims
• Work actively on improving processes and tools within the warranty area

You are used to and thrive in an international environment where communication and collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders are key to success. We are looking for a Project Manager who is structured, self-driven and enjoys being part of a larger company.

Furthermore, we imagine our new colleague

• Has an education in marine, or mechanical engineering or experience in the maritime industry
• Is able to maintain focus on solutions under pressure
• Has the ability to manage several projects simultaneously and understands the importance of deadlines
• Is able to handle demanding customers who expect immediate action
• Is fluent in English, both in speech and writing
• Is comfortable collaborating with the team and interacting at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of SAP (an advantage)

Welcome to Retrofit Project Execution

You will be part of our Project Execution team located in Copenhagen. Our team is responsible for executing marine engine fuel‑conversion projects and pumping skids from contract signing through design, supervision of assembly work, testing and commissioning, and finally system delivery to the customer including claims handling.
