The position
is based in Ørestaed, Denmark in a flexible working environment.

Qualifications and skills We're looking for a Scrum Master that is skilled in cultivating healthy, high performing teams, where empowerment and collaboration are part of everyday behaviour.

Your key trades include, but are not limited to the following experiences:

Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or other relevant fields 3-5 years of experience in working in agile and tech-heavy software products, accompanied ideally with a relevant scrum certification Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, used across multiple locations and cultures Experience with design thinking as well as interest in or experience in product strategy/opportunity mapping, etc.

Fluent spoken and written English Potentially you also have:

Experience with cloud computing, AI or/and MLOps Experience with using Azure DevOps Start-up or any high-paced, user-focused tech product experience Experience working in the life sciences industry, or another regulated industry As a Scrum Master, you excel at bringing out the best in your team, ensuring impactful products and satisfied users.

You support team happiness and growth through empathy, coaching, and feedback, while also addressing conflicts openly and productively. You manage high workloads, keeping the team motivated and aligned. Building strong relationships with the team, Product Owners, and stakeholders is crucial for effective collaboration. Furthermore, you contribute to advancing agile maturity and promoting agile practices throughout the organization.

We have three teams, AI Partners, MLOps and AI Lab working from AI innovation, infrastructure to AI products. Our work spans across research, commercial, and production, and we're focused on industrializing and democratizing AI. We use scalable data platforms, MLOps, reference architectures, and modular components that span the entire data and ML lifecycle. We are cloud-native and primarily work in AWS and MS Azure.
