We are looking for an IT Supporter to join our team at European Energy. As an IT Supporter you will play a central role in delivering excellent service and a great user experience in our IT ServiceDesk. You will assist users and ensure high-quality support.Responsibilities
- Handle user support and manage incoming requests in the ServiceDesk
- Perform onboarding of new users in Azure AD and Microsoft 365
