- Work closely with different stakeholders across the organisation in your pursuit of developing the portfolio launch framework.
- Be able to work in a big matrix organization, collaborating with global functions, especially commercial, operations and medical affairs, to ensure that relevant insights are accounted for in the strategy.
- Engage with regions and markets to ensure robust input and executional feasibility of proposed strategies.
- University degree within e.g. business administration, economics, marketing, public health, or a business master
- Relevant experience from working with project management and/or strategy development.
- Experience working with a headquarters perspective.
- It is an advantage if you have previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry and with launch planning and/or excellence.
- Fluent in written and spoken English

The position
As our new Global Portfolio Strategy Associate Director, you will be responsible for developing a global portfolio launch framework. You will do this by driving insights based on market insights, industry best practices and facilitating working groups across the organisation.
