    We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate to join our Trustee & Depositary. The Trustee & Depositary function is a specialist provider of fiduciary services to mutual and alternative Fund Structures. The core responsibility of the depositary is to act solely in the interest of the investor, to hold in safekeeping the assets of the investment funds and to monitor the activities in the Fund. This role is located in Hellerup, Denmark.

    In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Play a key role in maintaining a comprehensive monitoring program and conducting various monitoring activities, including cash flow monitoring, trade price monitoring, record keeping, and ownership verification.
  • Contribute to investigating any errors or potential issues/breaches in the fund to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties on issues pertaining to the funds as required.
  • Handle a variety of administrative duties within the team.
  • Support in any ad hoc tasks as requested.
  • To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Knowledge of financial instruments and interest in financial markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and motivation to optimize our internal processes.
  • Great IT skills, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, emphasizing close cooperation and knowledge sharing.
  • Structural and critical approach to work.
  • Strong interest in learning many aspects of the value chain in the operations field.
  • Enthusiasm for professional growth and development within the role, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Master's degree in a relevant finance field (, AEF / AUD / FIN / FIR / JUR / MAT or similar). You are finished this year or have a few years of experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Danish (verbally and written).
