We are searching for a strategic and result-driven Development Manager for our Hardware & Consumables Development within R&D Medical Devices.

Qualifications
Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in product development (Medical Devices), mechatronics product development and project management roles is highly valued.++
Responsibilities
Develop, manage and inspire teams in Aarhus and Gothenburg covering Hardware (mechanics and electronics) and Consumables development (mechanical and media),+
- Responsible for the technical solutions being developed within Hardware and consumables, as well as hands-on contributor, supporting solving various design- and engineering challenges. ,+
- Ensure the right balance of the solutions developed - considering innovation height, various risk, regulatory, validation time. ,+
- Establishing long-lasting collaboration with external partners supporting development activities. ,+
