The position

As a Product Owner in Digital Supply Chain, Integrations & Traceability, your focus will be on driving key Supply Chain initiatives, within the cold chain area.

You will work as Product Owner in one of our Agile Delivery Teams.

Your work will require you to prioritise between multiple tasks and navigate between stakeholders across Novo Nordisk and at all levels.

You will set clear directions for the delivery team, which requires you to have a structured approach and the ability to communicate in a professional yet simple manner.

Your work will be bridging Supply Chain and IT and you will be looking into digital transformation possibilities.


Your primary tasks will include:
Act as Product Owner in one of our agile teams. Create roadmaps, describe features needed in the Cold Chain solution, and prioritise them. Ensure best practice and robust Supply Chain solution designs.

Stakeholder management - interact and communicate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of expectations and support throughout the organisation.

You will work in an Agile Setup, which provides great transparency in work tasks and requires team members from the business as well as IT to drive and collaborate on different tasks.

Qualifications In order for us to succeed, the following qualifications are required:
A master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business IT or similar. 5+ years of relevant work experience within Supply chain and/or project manager is required. Experience as a Product Owner is an advantage but not required. Clear communication and strong ability to set direction for a high-performance team. A solid understanding of business processes, standardisation, and preferably with a flair for IT. Proficiency in written and verbal English is a prerequisite. As a person, you are proactive, responsible and with a structured mindset. You are resilient and ready to introduce changes.

You are a team player, and you engage in developing the team, both professionally and personally and you have excellent cross-cultural collaboration.

About the department You will join the Integrations & Traceability team within Digital Supply Chain and be part of a diverse group of 14 highly competent and engaged colleagues.
