Do you want to be involved in new projects setting your mark on optimizing planning flows? Then you might be the Supply Planner for Contract Manufacturing we are looking for

    Boost our team
    You will become part of our Supply Chain department, consisting of Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, Shipping & Distribution, and Customer Service. You will gain 7 dedicated colleagues in our planning team, whose responsibilities span from strategic planning to operational production planning, order management, capacity and inventory management, release flow management, and sales and operations planning.

    Primary work tasks
    As a Supply Planner for Contract Manufacturing, you will be responsible for ensuring production planning at CMO sites around the world and will refer to the Planning Manager. With an analytical approach, you will be able to impact the planning processes and optimize workflows.

    • Setting up the planning process with new contract manufacturing sites
    • Production planning and alignment, to ensure the right supply at the right time
    • Cross-organizational follow-up and alignment with relevant stakeholders
    • Define and optimize planning process workflows and participate in cross-functional/cross-departmental improvements
    • Participate in planning related projects (e.g. ERP upgrade projects as planning super-user) that focuses on process optimization
    • Managing GMP-related activities, including relevant deviations, SOPs, and documentation

    • Experience in supply chain planning (demand or supply)
    • Education within Supply Chain (HD SCM, or similar)
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
    • To be structured and have an analytical mindset
    • To have a flair for IT, and be a skilled Excel user
    • To be proficient in oral and written English

    Our employees also have the advantage of being able to use our bus route, 70E, which runs from Humlebæk Station directly to our production facilities in Kvistgaard. The bus has four departures every morning and afternoon with scheduled stops at Hørsholmvej and Kvistgaard St.

    The new service improves the commuting experience to and from Kvistgaard, where some of our employees can now benefit from a significant time savings of almost 40 minutes each way, making their daily commute more efficient and convenient.
