- Define and develop next generation motor control algorithms for our compressor.
- Define and develop the most suited/appropriate control algorithms for other compressor applications, including condensing units.
- Perform computer-based modelling & simulation in Matlab/Simulink
- Perform proof of concept development and validation of advanced control algorithms.
- Assist design teams in solving problems within your area of expertise.
- Document engineering results in engineering reports, trade magazine articles, white papers, and conference papers.
- Strong knowledge of model-based design
- Strong skills at control theory and data analytics.
- Extensive experience in Matlab / Simulink environment.
- Experience in motor control algorithm and HVAC application control
- Experience in embedded programming (. C/C++ language) will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global organization.
- Good written and spoken English.
