- Daily support to projects managers in HSEQ matters
- Ensure that Energy follows work-environment requirements (HSE) for Denmark
- Plan and carry out internal audits in corporation with other Energy HSEQ coordinators in Denmark,
- Dependent of experience; Lead and participate in external audits;(supplier and sub-contractor audits, 3rd-party audits)
- Assist with reporting, evaluation, and analysis of Energy Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Support tender teams with HSEQ information to clients
- Support Energy HSEQ coordinator in Denmark with handling of non-conformities, including follow up and analysis
- Contribute to implementation of procedures and supporting material
- B.Sc. or similar in an engineering discipline, Environmental or Occupational Health and Safety, extensive relevant experience may substitute for formal education
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards
- Promotes a safe and environmentally friendly workplace for co-workers and clients through a personal commitment to safety and sustainability
- Good in multi-tasking and with effective problem-solving skills, yet with an attention to details
- An outgoing attitude and good verbal and writing communication skills (Danish and English)
- A flair for working with systems and documentation
- The ability to interpret, review, implement and contribute to the further development of HSEQ policies and procedures.
- Auditor certification is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Experience from project site work is an asset but not a necessity

Your new role
As our new HSEQ coordinator, you will cooperate with a wide range of departments within the Energy business, ensuring that Ramboll follows HSE requirements across projects in Denmark.

You will be part of HSEQ Community in Ramboll Energy with colleagues in 9 countries, where this position will be placed in Copenhagen Denmark. The position will work in close cooperation with the 2 other HSEQ coordinators in Denmark supporting the HSEQ manager to ensure that Energy is following systems and requirements. The position will require extensive communication within and across departments,
