Job summary
A senior leadership role with high visibility and strategic importance is available as Country Manager Denmark – Nutrimin. The successful candidate will lead the embedding of Nutrimin into Trouw Nutrition's function steered operating model while strengthening cross functional collaboration across Denmark and the wider ECA business.

- Drive, organize and facilitate the transition into the new operating model
- Lead and coordinate the Country Team
- Foster collaboration and alignment across departments
- Owning strategic people and succession decisions for critical roles
