    About the role

    The Financial Controller position is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting for all Nordic entities and effective collaboration with stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering - Controlling and Analysis:
  • Serve as a strategic business partner, offering financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Engage with stakeholders across various financial functions to understand business needs and provide financial guidance.
  • Internal Controls and Analysis:
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies.
  • Key Partner and Stakeholder in Financial Projects:
  • Coordinate the reporting and reconciliation efforts during ERP system transitions and related projects.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data throughout transition phases.
  • Collaborate closely with project management teams to facilitate seamless transitions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to the Group and align with offshore accounting teams.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure successful ERP transitions and other transformation projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders across financial functions to align goals and priorities.
  • Support in Statutory and External Reporting: Assist in preparing statutory and external financial reports as required.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field. 3-10 years of experience in financial controlling, reporting, planning, analysis, and business partnering.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Advanced communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in statutory and external reporting preferred.
