- Keeping track of all IFP BA batches and coordination of actions to ensure timely release
- Ensuring that production plans for the site are in place
- Driving all finance and procurement processes across the site.
- May hold a master's degree within Supply Chain, Planning or Financial Management
- Or you have a background matching the outlined responsibility areas based on experience.

The Position
You will be part of Injectable Finished Products, Bagsværd (IFP BA), which is an aseptic filling factory with approx. 800 employees working day and night to produce marketed and clinical products for patients around the world.
You will be positioned in Business Support and head our Supply Chain, Finance and Procurement team where 12 dedicated employees handle site production planning and release flow, financial controlling and budgeting, and procurement.
You will be responsible for the following key deliveries:
As Manager, daily team leadership will be a large part of your responsibility. You will be setting direction for the team – making sure goals are both ambitious and realistic – as well as driving performance, individual development, and high levels of engagement. In addition, you will be a part of the leadership team in Business Support. You will also be part of cross-functional leadership teams in the global IFP organisation to ensure alignment on priorities, but also to drive continuous improvement of the support processes.
