    About the role:

    We are looking for a service-minded and tech-savvy student assistant for our office in Copenhagen. The position is part-time hours per week) and onsite.

    You will be part of a small and agile IT team with an openminded atmosphere and opportunities for personal development. We support each other and support the organization develop, maintain, and optimize a Modern Workplace while keeping company data secured in a Zero-Trust-Environment.

    There is no formal requirement for your educational background or study direction, as you will get proper training in all the systems that we use. What we will expect from you is that you are service-minded and have a good technical understanding of both hardware and software. You are practical, orderly, and enjoy working with IT and electronics, like the rest of the IT team.

    Your responsibilities:

  • Help your co-workers with their hardware, network, and software issues.
  • Set up new computers, monitors, switches, and network cables.
  • Manage devices and users in Intune and Azure
  • Purchase IT equipment and keep Asset Inventory up to date.
  • Troubleshoot software issues for Office, Windows, Adobe, Slack, and more.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues (laptops, phones, and peripherals).
  • Create and maintain guides and articles for our self-service site.
