- Lead the program planning, coordination, and monitoring across R&D development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Develop portfolio / program plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including development teams, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless collaboration and project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, providing regular updates on program status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, proactively resolving issues and obstacles to keep projects on track.
- Collaborate closely with regulatory affairs and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to program planning.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D team, encouraging creative thinking and problem-solving.

- Hold a degree in engineering and have technical work experience that will support decision-making and challenges during the project
- Carry solid experience within Medical Device project management and come with a broad project management skillset and toolbox
- Are familiar with working in a globally based project team and supplier base
