Vi søger en struktureret studentermedhjælper, der kan assistere os i en bred vifte af adminstrative opgaver 15 timer om ugen.

Om jobbet På vores fabrik i Ringsted producerer vi produkter til Home & Distribution til de europæiske og asiatiske markeder, og det kræver koordinering når der eksempelvis kommer gæster til fabrikken eller når vores medarbejdere skal indgå i interne eller eksterne uddannelser.
Derfor har vi brug for en studentermedhjælper med et stærkt overblik, der kan håndtere at have mange bolde i luften.
Eksempler på opgaver kan være:
Håndtering af intern kommunikation · Koordinering af besøg fra interne og eksterne gæster · Bestilling og udlevering af varer og produktionstøj · Planlægning og booking af møder · IT-support med medarbejderne i produktionen · Oversættelse af interne materialer Om dig Et studiejob hos os vil give dig mulighed for at kombinere teori fra din uddannelse med praktisk erfaring inden for HR, kommunikation og adminstrative-relaterede opgaver.
Vi forventer, at du har gå-på-mod og er klar på at varetage faste opgaver såvel som løbende projekter.
Vi ser det desuden som en fordel, at du:
Er nysgerrig på mennesker · Arbejder systematisk og kan tage ansvar for egne opgaver · Bliver motiveret af at hjælpe andre · Læser en relevant bachelor/kandidat · Er fortrolig med at begå dig på dansk og engelsk (både skriftligt og mundtligt) · Har erfaring med at arbejde i Officepakken · Solide IT kundskaber Din arbejdsplads bliver på vores fabrik på Tinvej 1-5, Ringsted, hvor vi forventer, at du kan arbejde ca.
15 timer om ugen.
