    Job-Link is looking for a Project Engineer for Maersk Drilling.
    With more than 45 years of experience operating in the most challenging offshore environments, Maersk Drilling provides responsible drilling services to energy companies worldwide. Maersk Drilling owns and operates a fleet of offshore drilling rigs and specialises in harsh environment and deepwater operations.

    General Area of Responsibility

    • Proactively identify, manage and support maintenance initiatives to support operations and projects with regards to drilling equipment across a fleet of offshore drilling units. ​
    • Responsible for planning and executing based on defined maintenance strategies efficiently and cost effectively whilst complying to relevant rules and regulations. ​

    Specifik Area of Responsibility

    • The internal and external requirements for drilling equipment. to be converted into a plan for execution onboard a drilling unit
    • Maintain an overview of rig performance and specific improvement areas. Evaluate alerts from our maintenance programs and coordinate same with offshore crew onboard drilling units. ​
    • Delivering within agreed time and budget end-to-end, which means high quality in all aspects of planning, engineering, execution and documentation.
    • Ensuring high quality specifications and scoping towards external partners and suppliers and drive alignment

    Required/Preferred Education

    • Minimum 5 years of experience within shipping or offshore work with a proven track record of maintenance responsibility and execution
    • Experience as maintenance engineer of mechanic on offshore drilling installations with extensive knowledge in hydraulic and mechanical systems and maintenance of same.

    Training and competencies

    • Maintenance experience within offshore drilling operations. ​
    • Experience in preventive maintenance program implementation including planning and preparation of service and spare parts.
    • Hands-on experience to NOV and MH Wirth drilling equipment would be an advantage.
    • Computer literate and preferably experiences working with maintenance management systems. ​
    • Full proficiency in English.
    • Trustworthy, self-driven, ambitious and knows the importance of working together as a team to reach stretched targets.
    • Hold a positive mindset, high level of energy and a relentless focus on maximizing impact and output​.
    • Strive to deliver high quality and possess great communication skills​.
    • Curious by nature and gets motivated by expanding your capabilities

    We offer
    The job will be a temporary position for 6-12 month with possibility for extention dependig on the project.
