Job summary
We are looking for a Retail Merchandiser / Business Controller to drive store performance across our fashion retail network.This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, business control, and analytics,
a strong focus on store economics stock allocation assortment effectiveness.
- Act as an analytical partner to Head of Retail Buying supporting data-driven decisions related to seasonal collections product range architecture first push quantities store space utilisation ensuring optimal assortment breadth depth while minimising product category cannibalisation.
- Analyse balance assortment breadth depth identify mitigate product category cannibalisation provide option count size curve space-based recommendations support buyer decisions define optimise first push initial allocation quantities by store cluster size profile monitor performance style option color size identifying early risks opportunities manage products full fashion life cycle launch growth markdown exit.
