We are growing fast and need your help. We're looking for a student assistant for customer care and operations in Copenhagen.
Join our team and help build AIAIAI as the number one brand for music creators.

About the job

As a student assistant at AIAIAI, you will be responsible for our customer support, assisting customers with orders, product assistance, and other support-related tasks. Furthermore, you support the AIAIAI team on various cases eg. helping out the marketing team, the product development team, and assisting at events.

You will primarily solve customer support-related tasks, while you get insight into everyday tasks at AIAIAI.

Some of your tasks will be:

- Ensure that our after-sales and customer support is running smoothly

Support operations department with various tasks
Assisting with order handling

- Run various internal projects e.g. summer party and other social events

Assisting with our Remixed programme

Your role

- Customer support

- Order management

- Office administrative tasks

Your profile

As long as you are a student, your background is secondary to us. The important thing is that you have drive and a positive mind. As a person, you are curious and quality-conscious. In addition, you take pride in being service-minded and creating relationships within the company and external partners.

We expect you to possess these competencies:

- Structured approach and an eye for details

- Good communication skills - fluent in written and oral English

- Service-minded and solutions oriented

Copenhagen office at Amalievej 20, 1875 Frederiksberg, Denmark.
