    Are you experienced in finance partnering matters in a dynamic and complex environment? Does stakeholder management as well as fostering of good collaboration across organisations come natural to you? Then we might be looking for you Ambu A/S is currently looking for a Finance Business Partner.

    Key responsibilities

    As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for driving the financial planning and monthly reporting for areas as Global IT, Global People & Culture, Global Legal and Global Risk & Compliance.

    Your main responsibilities will include below:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders as CIO of Global IT, CPO of P&C, VP of Global Legal to create transparent financial performance and drive better decision-making.
  • Analyse and report business performance for your areas of responsibility
  • Act as strong Finance Business Partner, drive and support the budget, forecast and long-term planning process within your area of responsibility, ensure transparency, accuracy, and presentations to Management.
  • Act as Finance Business Partner on strategic projects within your area of responsibility
  • Optimise and automate the monthly financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Finance team on cross financial initiatives to improve the delivery model toward the business.
  • Suggested candidate profile

    Skills and experiences can be earned in many different ways, and we understand that the best fit for the role cannot be prescribed on paper. You are however likely to succeed in this position if you:

  • At least 3 years pf experience in finance controlling and partnering setting e.g. Headquarter finance function
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Economics
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and presentation skills and you are able to handle and simplify complexity while focusing on the bigger picture
  • Have an analytical and structural approach to your work and apply logic and pragmatic thinking and are willing to perform hands-on tasks
  • Committed to deliver results and meeting deadlines and ensure your stakeholders see you as a respected and trustworthy partner
  • Speak and write English fluent
  • Experience with Excel & Powerpoint (advanced) and PowerBI
  • Work independently taking responsibility of your own tasks
  • Your colleagues enjoy your enthusiasm and positive attitude
  • About the Department

    You will be part of the Accounting team and report to Head of Accounting, Parent & EMEA which is an integrated part of Global Finance & Accounting. You will be working in a global context as you will partner with internal stakeholders located in Ballerup, who has global organizational responsibility.
