    Job Description

    Executing cargoes delivery activities like system handling, custom filling, EDI/ASN submission, document handling. Take care timeline and quality of the system and document, ensure smooth transportation process.

    Key responsibilities

    System handling


    •Handle internal system/customer system, ensure data quality and timeliness


    •Monitor ASN, AMS/ACI/ISF/ENS quality and timeliness


    •Manage Shipping Instruction, FCR/HBL/Bill issuance


    •Manage exceptions in daily operation

    Document handling


    •Handle CBL/FCR/Export and Import document (collection, verification, amendment and submission), ensure document quality and timeliness.


    •Coordinate with other stakeholders and resolve issues to ensure DOC available and correct during transportation.


    •Monitor vendor performance related to documentation.


    •Manage exceptions in daily operation.

    Other Responsibilities


    •Resolve daily issues and ad-hoc cases, escalate where needed.


    •Support customers/other teams to resolve issues and exception handling.


    •Initiative to improve daily operation, both in productivity and work quality.


    •Other relevant tasks/projects assigned by leaders.

    Key requirements


    •Graduated from relevant majors in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or Language (Thai, Khmer, Burmese) major


    •At least 6 months of working experience preferably in SCM Documentation or system handling.


    •Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)


    •Fluent in English.


    •Thai, Khmer, or Burmese language knowledge is a plus.


    •Passion in working with process, document or systems with a careful sense.


    •Proactive and quick learning, strong mind of improvement.


    •Team player, can coordinate with team mate for common goals


    •Power BI, automation application understanding is a plus.
