- Develop and optimise our ESG reporting processes, with main focus on VELUX environmental reporting, such as scope 1, 2 and 3.
- Support and advise stakeholders and local business units responsible for ESG reporting.
- Analyse and review reporting and controls, including assisting stakeholders in identifying and implementing additional controls and options for automation.
- Work closely with external auditors, and assist the organisation in preparing for audit.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the Group Sustainability Team.
- Support the CSRD implementation.
- Hold a Master's degree within a relevant field
- Have extensive experience with data analysis, reporting, controlling or audit.
- Have experience with or a keen interest in sustainability and ESG.
- Are IT savvy and quick to master digital tools – experience with SAP and consolidation tools is an advantage.
- Are able to present complex business issues in a clear and concise manner and ensure that recommendations are pragmatic and implementable.
- Have advanced written and verbal English language skills.

Your challenges
As part of the ESG Finance Team, you will be referring to the Senior Manager of the team and work at our Head Office in Hørsholm. We are a team of 6 employees, working with data analysis, controlling of the VELUX Group's ESG data, and optimising reporting processes and systems. Furthermore, we are delivering high quality ESG reporting to VKR, our parent company, and to Executive Group Management in the VELUX Group. We are implementing the EU CSRD requirements and as part of the team, you will play a significant role in this transformation.
