    The position


    As a Training Supporter, you will be responsible for various tasks related to maintaining high-quality training and training materials that conform to our standards and are accurately uploaded into our system. Additionally, you will ensure that the processes you handle within our project areas comply with the regulatory requirements for training.

    In this position, you will collaborate with numerous stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to our managers and employees to ensure timely and relevant training. Additionally, you will assist our training group in organizing and documenting training in our learning management systems. You will ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders, offer guidance when required, and help the business prepare for inspections.

    In this role, you will:

    • Navigate our training system, upload materials, and maintain compliance.

    • Possess a highly organized and detail-oriented approach to training.

    • Understand the training value chain and its impact on Novo Nordisk's training system.

    • Effectively manage stakeholders and promote collaboration to optimize training outcomes.

    • Apply competencies in training, such as selecting the best methods and standards, and use a lean mindset to capture and implement improvements across multiple production sites.


    Qualifications


    To be considered for this role:



    • You should have a mix of formal education and real-world experience in business administration, HR & education (workplace learning), behavioural economics, or similar fields. Alternatively, experience with training in a regulated environment will be useful.

    • You must be good with computers, have a data-driven, analytical mindset, and have previously worked in a fast-paced environment.

    • You should have strong organizational and planning skills, along with excellent communication skills.

    • Be able to communicate fluently in English.

You should be able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others and ensure that the solutions they create comply with our training standards.     To understand what adds most value for our stakeholders, you will spend a lot of time with our managers and trainers. The position is based in Høje Taastrup and later moved to Odense.

    You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEX). The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 of Novo Nordisk's 64,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
