Are you an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Analyst looking to join a global and fast-growing organisation? We are seeking a skilled ERP professional with strong BC platform knowledge to provide support, training, and operational analysis across a business landscape.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver 1st line support for ERP system users
Consult with users to determine ERP needs through business process analysis
Provide end-user training alongside internal L&D specialists
Document ERP processes and prepare deployment progress updates
Manage external vendors and developers enhancing the ERP platform and integrated apps
Handle data entry and configuration using configuration packages
Communicate updates and changes to internal stakeholders
Stay up to date with ERP developments, upgrades, and new offerings
Requirements
2+ years' experience in ERP support, analysis, and training
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Skilled in native reporting tools, Excel, and Power BI
Experience working with Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service functions
Good technical understanding of BC workflows and system processes
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, including general IT issue resolution
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Bachelor's degree required
