- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, including GDPR compliance, workplace well-being, menstrual health support, and employee handbooks.
- Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure all HR policies are in line with local and international regulations.
- Support the creation of a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Conduct research on best practices in HR and recommend improvements to internal processes.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Requirements:
- Enrolled or graduated in a relevant academic program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related fields).
- Previous experience in Danish HR, legal compliance, or related areas is a plus.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- A passion for creating a positive work environment and promoting employee well-being.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to work independently.
- Fluent in English and/or Danish.

This is a full-time, unpaid internship position, starting 1st of July 2024 and lasting for 2 months. The working hours can be adjusted to accommodate exam periods and other commitments.
