    Job Description:

    We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR intern to join our team and contribute to the development of our internal policies, ensuring a supportive and compliant work environment. You will have the opportunity to lead projects under the guidance of experienced colleagues and managers.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, including GDPR compliance, workplace well-being, menstrual health support, and employee handbooks.
  • Collaborate with legal advisors to ensure all HR policies are in line with local and international regulations.
  • Support the creation of a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Conduct research on best practices in HR and recommend improvements to internal processes.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

    Requirements:

  • Enrolled or graduated in a relevant academic program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or related fields).
  • Previous experience in Danish HR, legal compliance, or related areas is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • A passion for creating a positive work environment and promoting employee well-being.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the ability to work independently.
  • Fluent in English and/or Danish.

    This is a full-time, unpaid internship position, starting 1st of July 2024 and lasting for 2 months. The working hours can be adjusted to accommodate exam periods and other commitments. The internship will be based in our Copenhagen office, and candidates must have the right to undertake an internship in Denmark.
