Training Deployment Manager, Bowel Care - Denmark

+ Set the direction for how we train our Sales organisation to effectively sell the Bowel Care portfolio+ Be responsible for creating training programmes related to key commercial initiatives such as product launches for our Sales organisation+ Work closely together with all our different subsidiaries and support them on execution of new product launches marketing campaigns etc.+ Collaborate closely with different departments in HQ the rest of the Bowel Care organisation different external agencies and all the subsidiaries+ Track launch performance of campaign effectiveness and create learning loops to secure the continuous improvement of commercial activities+ Administer budgets as well as work with sales analyses+ Stay close with field salesforce in subsidiaries to ensure effective implementationIn addition you will participate in congresses sales meetings and act as a strong partner for our subsidiaries which will take you travelling about 20-30 days per year.
Have experience with developing sales training programs and material within B2B Are an ambitious professional who thrives working both operationally and strategically with sales training Have worked with learning and development Have practical experience with conducting training of sales reps / mgrs. Have project management experience in a global company Demonstrate solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills to secure a strong dialogue and cooperation with our local subsidiaries HQ departments Speak write English fluently other languages are a plus Danish is not required Have actual sales experience ideally however not pre-requisite Minimum 3 years working experience Sales Excellence Sales Training or similar functionInterested?
