Job summary
We are leading the transformation of payments with innovative tools and solutions that redefine how the world pays.We're looking for a Digital Learning Specialist to design and deliver our digital learning agenda , contributing to the Group-wide Learning strategy.
The role focuses on creating innovative tech-enabled learning experiences leveraging AI next-generation learning technologies and modern digital ecosystems.
This position requires end-to-end ownership from design to hands-on delivery close collaboration with senior leaders across countries and functions. The role operates at Group level requiring demonstrated experience working in international multi-country environments A core expectation is to promote accelerate company-wide adoption of digital learning ensuring engaging accessible impactful learning experiences in a fast-paced continuously evolving environment .
- Design execute the digital learning agenda as part of the Group Learning strategy ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Identify evaluate apply emerging trends in digital learning AI user experience bringing future-ready perspectives benchmark innovations ensure Nexi remains at forefront of digital evolution.
- Develop manage end-to-end digital programs pathways blended solutions virtual platforms bite-sized content work-flow-of-work-learning lead complex projects stakeholder alignment effective communication resource planning timelines KPI tracking partner senior leaders assess needs create scalable solutions drive organization-wide adoption through engagement initiatives change management continuous improvement operate global consistency local adaptation cultures roles functions measure impact data-driven insights analytics performance metrics work-hands-on-design-config-delivery-solutions proactively recommend improvements new approaches maintaining direction set Area.
