- Salesforce CRM data quality management, case management and user training
- BI/Power BI user
- Running detailed analysis with digital adoption and different reports related to Global Key Accounts
- Provide back up support for Senior Business Excellence Specialist and for Program Office Coach
- Work collaboratively with Global Key Accounts Team
- Bachelor or master's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Marketing or related field/experience
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge or interest (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- SAP and Business Intelligence or knowledge of similar systems
- Fluent in English
