An Employer of Record (EOR) is a service provider allowing companies to legally hire employees in foreign countries without establishing a legal entity there.
As an HR Advisor, you will support our EOR service, guiding clients through the employee lifecycle and addressing employee relations, claims, and compliance challenges.
This role offers unique opportunities to deliver world-class HR advisory support primarily in the UK and Ireland while also contributing to initiatives in the Nordic countries and the Netherlands — all in support of our mission to redefine global employment infrastructure.
