    The position
    requires engagement and high ambition and ability to find solutions in challenging situations.

    You will be a member of the Management team of ET QC Market Release, and you will participate in cross-organisational projects and collaborations.

    Moreover, you will lead the way and be a role model in a LEAN culture where openness, honesty and focus on continuous improvements are natural parts of your personality.

    Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have:
    M.Sc. or equivalent in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant scientific discipline. Some people management experience.

    Preferably experience from QC, but at least you have an understanding for the analytical field preferably from the pharmaceutical industry.

    Fluent communication skills in English On a personal level, you contribute positively to our department and enjoy working with people from different professional backgrounds who are dedicated towards meeting our common goals.

    You are eager to see things moving forward in a dynamic environment where projects and processes vary, demanding the need for your flexibility.

    By work in a structured manner with a non-compromised focus on quality and deliverables, you have a can-do mind-set and focus on opportunities rather than limitations and provide the right balance between leadership and management to your team.

    About the department In Emerging Technologies QC (ET QC) Market Release we are responsible for producing and sending tablets to market.

    The department employs approximately 80 highly skilled and motivated employees across 5 teams.

    You will become a part of ET QC – Market Release where our most important task is ensuring our tablet products on the Markets.

    The area was established only few years ago, and therefore we are in an ongoing process of setting up and impacting working procedures.

    What we do is an important part of Novo Nordisk, and as an agile department, we solve exciting and challenging tasks every day.
