- Improving unclear inflow channels, undefined entity categories, and unorganized templates and develop and implement change management strategies to support changes in our internal processes.
- Document processes and provide training and support to users on new processes, incl. collaboration with business units to resolve process-related issues.
- Define and implement performance metrics ensuring that financial and controlling processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Promote process quality standards across the organization and ensure our processes are compliant with financial regulations and standards
- Coordinate dependencies to outside areas incl. preparation of GAP workshops with Project IT PM along with ensuring progress on deliveries and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of finance coordination and data governance
- Proven experience in change management, process improvement, process flow creation, and project management
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues, and to raise/elevate to management when needed
- Knowledge of SAP FI/CO
- Experience in working with agile/SAFe methodology is a plus

SAP FI Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Process Improvement Specialist to join us in cutting through complexity. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating clear process flow in our area - to begin with focusing on one of our core teams, who are working high speed on integrating Novo Nordisk's new acquisitions into our current SAP Financial structure.
