- Take charge of project manager role in leading company level strategic project, co-work with SME to drive the deliverables of E2E process optimization, data science exploration etc.
- Explore and deploy the most-fit digitalization solution in combine with the E2E process optimization, improve the process efficiency and transparency. The digitalization solution includes RPA, Chatbot, Power Platform etc.
- Set up the methodology and the governance framework of process optimization and digitalization solution, manage vendor to provide the consequent maintenance to existing applications and services, such as RPA maintenance.
- Participate company level digitalization related key initiatives, support the team to drive mind-change and skill uplifting training activities. Qualifications
- Strong experience in project management, led several company level strategic projects with strong deliverables.
- Strong business sense in company level commercial operation, quick learner to understand the complex business model and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with strong leadership.
- Deep interest in digitalization and business transformation, understand the modern technology application in broad horizon.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese.
- Bachlor's degree or above.
