- Supporting the management team with data analysis and ad-hoc tasks
- Reporting on department activities using tools such as Q-tracker and ISOtrain
- Taking responsibility for actions in Q-case to ensure timely resolution
- Participating in the implementation of new requirements and procedures in the quality processes
- Acting as a coordinator on the department level, handling information from/to DMS Job Function Coordinator colleagues
- Hold an Academic degree within pharmaceuticals, science or engineering
- Demonstrate a structured approach to tasks and problem-solving, with strong attention to detail and organization
- Exhibit proficiency in working with various systems and tools throughout the day
- Show enthusiasm for optimizing operational efficiency through system utilization
- Possess fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
