Job summary
The Growth Manager is an integral part in executing HelloFresh's growth ambitions with the goal of acquiring high quality customers in Sweden, Denmark and Norway. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who has good experience managing complex marketing campaigns while also able to understand how to optimise individual channels.This role is suited for someone who thrives with stakeholder management as you will work closely with agency partners and central counterparts based in Berlin across multiple channels such as Paid Social (Meta, Snap, Tiktok), Paid Search, Display, CRM, Call Centre to name a few. And ensure these channels are all performing as optimally as possible with the various teams.
- Act as the local owner for investigating and executing opportunities to help drive growth and high-quality acquisition within your channel mix.
- Partner with the HelloFresh global marketing team to continually ensure optimal channel mix, spend, and tactics.
